Theoretical Stellar Astrophysics-

We show in these pages the state of the art in the research on theoretical stellar astrophysics at OAR, IASF and collaborating institutions. The main field of research is STELLAR STRUCTURE AND EVOLUTION of single and binary stars, from brown dwarfs and very low masses up to supernovae progenitors. Stellar nucleosynthesis coupled with convective mixing is one of the hot topics under development. Interacting binary evolution is mainly dedicated to the study of binaries containing neutron stars. Accretion disks and related angular momentum evolution of neutron stars are also considered. We are developing rotating models. Asteroseismology is now under particular study.
